700W Chrome Electric Towel Rail with Smart WiFi Control
Upgrade your bathroom heating with the Electrorad T700PC-WiFi chrome electric towel rail. Combining a polished chrome finish with a powerful 700W output, this wall-mounted electric towel rail is designed to keep towels warm and provide controlled heating for bathrooms up to 7m².
Measuring 1200mm high and 500mm wide, it is the largest model in the Electrorad WiFi towel rail range. Its tall ladder-style design provides useful towel space while the chrome finish complements both contemporary and traditional bathroom interiors.
Thermostatic Control and 24/7 Programming
The built-in digital touchscreen programmer gives you precise control over when and how the towel rail operates.
Room temperature mode allows you to select a temperature between 15°C and 30°C. The ambient thermostat then monitors the bathroom temperature and controls the towel rail automatically.
Rail temperature mode allows you to adjust the internal rail temperature between 30°C and 70°C. This is useful when your priority is warming and drying towels.
The integrated 24/7 programmer also lets you create heating schedules around your normal bathroom routine.
WiFi App and Voice Control
Connect the towel rail to the Smart Life app through the Tuya platform to adjust temperatures, change operating modes and manage heating schedules from a compatible smartphone or tablet.
The towel rail is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, allowing supported heating functions to be controlled using voice commands.
A 2.4GHz WiFi connection is required because 5GHz networks are not supported.
Smart Heating and Safety Features
Open-window detection monitors sudden temperature drops and automatically reduces the towel rail’s output to help prevent unnecessary energy use.
An optional Low Surface Temperature setting limits the rail temperature to 43°C. The built-in anti-freeze function activates when the detected temperature falls below 7°C.
The T700PC-WiFi is UK Lot 20 compliant and IPX4 rated for bathroom use.

The Electrorad chrome electric towel rail arrives pre-filled with its heating element already installed. It is designed for wall-mounted installation and must be connected to a fused spur by a qualified electrician.
A hidden cable kit and the required wall-fixing hardware are included.

Six Smart Operating Modes
The Electrorad Wi-Fi towel rail gives you full control over how your bathroom is heated, with six modes accessible directly from the touch screen or the Smart Life app
Comfort Mode
Controls the room temperature using the external ambient sensor. Set anywhere between 15°C and 30°C in 1°C steps. The rail heats until the room reaches your target temperature, then cycles to maintain it.
Eco Mode
Runs at a lower set room temperature for energy-saving background warmth — ideal for periods when the bathroom is used less frequently.
Radiator Mode
Controls the rail's internal fluid temperature rather than room temperature. Adjustable between 30°C and 70°C in 5°C steps. Ideal for maximising towel drying performance.
LST Mode (Low Surface Temperature)
Locks the rail's internal temperature at a fixed 43°C — non-adjustable. Suitable for care homes, schools and any environment where surface temperature safety is a requirement.
Anti-Freeze Mode
Always active in the background. If the internal temperature drops below 7°C, the rail automatically activates to bring the fluid up to 15°C, then switches off. Protects the rail and maintains a minimum room temperature.
Boost / Timer Mode
Activates the rail at maximum output for a fixed 2-hour period, then returns to standby. Accessible from both the control panel and the app.

The Electrorad Wi-Fi towel rail connects to the free Smart Life app, powered by Tuya technology. Once paired via Bluetooth, you can control your rail from anywhere using your smartphone — whether you’re in the bathroom or away from home.
The app gives you access to the full weekly programming schedule, mode switching, temperature adjustment and device settings including open window detection, room temperature compensation and child lock. The rail also integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, enabling simple voice commands to turn it on or off, change modes or adjust temperature.
Pairing is simple:
Download the Smart Life app (iOS or Android), create an account, then press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the controller for 2 seconds until the Wi-Fi icon flashes. Follow the in-app Bluetooth prompts to connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and your rail will appear in the app within minutes.
Note: The rail must be connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band. 5GHz is not supported.
