The Electrorad T400PC-WiFi is a smart electric towel rail 800 x 500mm in size, combining a premium chrome finish with a powerful 400W heating output. Its compact ladder-style design makes it suitable for bathrooms, en-suites, cloakrooms and other spaces where wall space is limited.

Unlike basic towel warmers, this Electrorad model is designed to warm and dry towels while providing controlled room heating for areas up to 5m². The polished chrome finish complements modern bathroom fittings, while the flat rail design provides practical space for hanging towels.

WiFi App and Voice Control

Connect the towel rail to the Smart Life app through the Tuya platform to manage temperatures, operating modes and heating schedules from a compatible smartphone or tablet.

The towel rail is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, allowing supported functions to be controlled using voice commands.

A 2.4GHz WiFi connection is required because 5GHz networks are not supported.

Thermostatic Control and 24/7 Programming

The integrated digital touchscreen programmer provides precise control over how and when your bathroom is heated.

You can choose between:

• Room temperature control, which uses the ambient thermostat to manage the bathroom temperature.
• Rail temperature control, which regulates the internal rail temperature for warming and drying towels.

The built-in 24/7 programmer allows you to create a weekly heating schedule that matches your normal bathroom routine.

Energy-Saving and Safety Features

Open-window detection monitors sudden temperature drops and automatically reduces the towel rail’s output to help prevent unnecessary energy use.

An optional Low Surface Temperature setting limits the rail temperature to 43°C. The built-in frost-protection function activates when the detected temperature falls to 7°C.

The T400PC-WiFi is UK Lot 20 compliant and has an IPX4 rating for bathroom installation.

Installation Information

The towel rail is designed for wall-mounted installation and should be connected to an appropriate fused spur by a qualified electrician.
