We, Electric Radiator Shop, hereby declare that under our own responsibility that the devices listed below have complied with the applicable security requirements in Schedule 1 of The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023

Application Support Policy

Electric Radiator Shop does not develop or maintain any mobile applications. Users of our products must utilise the mobile application as defined in our user instructions. For more information please contact sales@electricratiatorshop.co.uk. Alternatively you can contact the mobile application provider directly.

Default Passwords

No Electric Radiator Shop product will ever be supplied with a default password.

Security Updates

Electric Radiator Shop will ensure our application partners will provide security updates for this product during the PSTI defined support period. This requires us to ensure our application partners to provide security updates for at least 2 years after the product launch of the Wi-Fi enabled product ranges listed below.

Reporting a Vulnerability

To notify a product security vulnerability please email sales@electricratiatorshop.co.uk. Do not include any personal information when reporting a security vulnerability.

Electric Radiator Shop aims to respond to all notifications within 48 hours. We also aim to provide status updates every 5-10 business days. After submitting a report, you may send us a follow-up query, at any time, by emailing the address above.
